We currently have a list of Frequently Asked Questions and a Help Files document for your convenience. The Q&A document is a list of questions, categorized by subject matter. The Help Files document is a very large document that starts with a long list of hyperlinks that when clicked on, will take you directly to the subject listed. These subjects include a listing of things you need to know to make it easy to get started using the program, a listing of procedures such as setting up a network and a dot-matrix printer for the program, a listing with instructions and lots of screenshots for operations performed while using the program, a listing of each form in the program that explains every field or button on each form and finally a step-by-step training exercise that will guide you through almost every feature of the program.
